We accept bank transfer (NCB, Scotiabank, JN) and Lynk. Payment details are provided on your invoice. Both the setup fee and first month's retainer are required before any work begins.
If you exceed your plan's fair usage cap for two consecutive months, we'll notify you and either upgrade your plan to the next tier or temporarily throttle the agent until your billing cycle resets. You will never be charged overage fees without prior written agreement.
Yes. Either party can cancel with 30 days' written notice via WhatsApp or email. There are no long-term contracts — Zeenly runs month to month. Note that the setup fee is non-refundable, as it covers the labour and infrastructure cost of building your agent.
